Who Am I This Time? (& Other Conundrums of Love)
by Aaron Posner from Kurt Vonnegut
Directed by Jay Briggs
featuring Matt Mundy, Angelina Mussro, Nick Newell, Kerrie Seymour, Christopher Paul Smith, Amanda Sox & Blake White
The subject of this play—as we are told at the outset—is love, pure and complicated. Set on the stage of The North Crawford Mask & Wig Club ("the finest community theatre in central Connecticut!"), three early comic masterpieces by Kurt Vonnegut are sewn together into a seamless evening of hilarity and humanity. This is a smart, delightful love story for the whole family.
October 18-28, 2018. HHPS Main Street Theatre, 3000 Main Street.
Bad Dates
by Theresa Rebeck
Directed by Peggy Trecker White
featuring Megan Bowers
Confessions of a single mother and self-described restaurant idiot-savant abound in this thoroughly charming, intoxicating and slyly sweet one-woman show. This idiosyncratic journey of self-discovery involves the Romanian mob, a Buddhist rainstorm, a teenage daughter, shoes, and quite a few very bad dates.
December 12-16, 2018. Soundwaves, 7 Lagoon Rd.
A Doll’s House, Part 2
by Lucas Hnath
Directed by Blake White
featuring Taylor Harvey, J. Richey Nash, Peggy Trecker White & Jenny Zmarzly
In the final scene of Ibsen’s 1879 masterwork, Nora Helmer makes the shocking decision to leave her husband and children and begin a life on her own. This climactic event—when Nora slams the door on everything in her life—instantly propelled world drama into the modern age. In A Doll’s House, Part 2, many years have passed since Nora’s exit. Now, there’s a knock on that same door. Nora has returned.
January 24-February 3, 2019. HHPS Main Street Theatre, 3000 Main Street.

Paul and Corie Bratter are newlyweds in every sense of the word. After a six-day honeymoon, they get a surprise visit from Corie's loopy mother and decide to play matchmaker during a dinner with their neighbor-in-the-attic Velasco, where everything that can go wrong, does.
